Sauna, ice bath, and outdoor shower — one loop your body actually adapts to. Recovery is half the work, and we built the room for it.
Most gyms treat recovery as an afterthought. We built a room for it. Sauna, ice bath, indoor and outdoor showers — the full hot-cold loop. Come after training, on a rest day, or just to reset. It’s yours.
Heat, cold, rinse, breathe. Each element on its own does something. Together they do something bigger. Here’s what’s on the floor.
HEAT
Traditional dry-heat sauna. Sweat it out, calm down, let the day go. First stop in the loop.
80–95°C · Cedar interior
Cold
Cold plunge, held at 4°C. Two minutes that reset the nervous system, sharpen focus, and reduce next-day soreness.
4°C · Filtered · Single-user
rinse
Hot or cool, your call. Rinse between rounds or after the full loop — either way, you leave clean.
Rain head · Private stall
outside
The finish. Step outside, feel the air, rinse under the sky. Nordic tradition, Larnaca sun, your ritual.
Open air · Warm or cold
A suggested protocol — repeat 2–3 rounds for a full session. First time? Skip the ice bath, ease in, ask a coach.
Sit, breathe, sweat. Let the heart rate come up. Get out when you feel like it — no timer required.
Straight from sauna to ice. Get in slow, control your breathing, hold as long as you comfortably can.
Rinse, adjust temperature to what feels good, and settle your breathing before the next round.
Sit, breathe, sweat. Let the heart rate come up. Get out when you feel like it — no timer required.

The questions we hear most from first-time users.
Do I have to do all four? Or can I just use the sauna?
Use whatever you want. Members and drop-ins have the same access — you can spend 20 minutes in the sauna and skip the plunge, or run the full loop three times. It’s your session.
Is the ice bath really necessary?
No — but it’s where the biggest nervous-system reset happens. If you’ve never done cold exposure, start with 30 seconds and build up. A coach can walk you through it your first time
Do I need to book a slot?
Yes — book your recovery slot through the app. Takes 20 seconds. This keeps the room from getting crowded and guarantees your time. Evenings fill up fastest, so book earlier in the day if you can.
What do I need to bring?
Swimwear (or shorts), a towel, and a water bottle. Flip-flops optional. Private changing stalls are on-site — just walk in ready to reset.
Can I use it before a workout, not just after?
Yes. Some members use the sauna to warm up before mobility work, or a cold plunge to sharpen focus before a heavy session. It’s not just for post-training.
Any medical conditions I should worry about?
Skip cold exposure if you’re pregnant, on blood-pressure medication, or have a heart condition. Skip sauna if you’re dehydrated or unwell. When in doubt, ask a coach or your doctor first.
